TERMS OF SERVICE

VIOLATING THESE TERMS WILL TERMINATE
THE TRANSACTION BETWEEN CLIENT AND ARTIST.
I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A COMMISSION OR CLIENT,
PLEASE FULLY READ THESE TERMS.

General Terms

-Payment-

Because of paypal's high fees there will be a 5% fee added to the total price of the commissionpayment 100% upfront via paypal (EURO) for payments under €750.50% upfront and 50% at the delivery of the sketch for payments above €750.commissions paid earlier will be prioritized in the commission list.I can cancel your commission at any time. If I cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund,
regardless of the progress I’ve made.
however, you will not be able to use the drafts and progress photos I provided under any circumstances.refund policyfull refund = the net amount I recived after paypal
transition fee deduction.
full refund can be requested via email,
before I start working on your commission.If the client decides to cancel their commission,
they will receive a partial or full refund depending
on the amount of work completed.I divide my progress into 4 steps:
• sketch
• lineart
• basic shading
• renderingI will give clients progress updates in this order.
Unless a client has a payment plan, the amount of refund they will receive will also be calculated on where I am in this process.

-Progress and Deadlines-

It should take from 3 to 10 business days to complete a commission, although, due to:
complexity, queue, health, or family issues;
it may result in max 2 months deadlines
The Client will be notified if an issue arises.maximum of 3 revisions are accepted in the sketch stage and 2 revisions in the coloring stage, free of charge.Free revisions are limited to what was agreed upon in the commission form and minor changes. You can't change the description completely nor add significant details that were not included in the form previously (example: pose change, outfit change, add background etc). Major revisions will be charged additional fee upon agreement.Client must give feedback within 3 days. On the third day, I will send a reminder in case you missed the previous email. after another 3 days, I will continue to the next stage without waiting for approval to not cause delays to my waiting list.The finished commission will be delivered via email or google drive link in .png format; this does not include
the working files (.psd, .csp).
File will be of highest resolution and without a watermark.

Conditions

You MAY NOT commission characters you do not own without the original owner’s consentDo not use the sketches I provide for any other purpose beside commissioning me and your personal use. do not use my sketches to commission other artists. do not trace, alter, or edit the commission.do not use any part of the commission or artwork from my gallery for non-fungible tokens (NFT) and AI image generators.No glorification of terrorism, hate speech, and violent extremism towards any specific person, group, or brand especially communities of minoritiesNo sexualized depiction of a minor or character (loli, shota). This also includes adult real-life people or characters who are modeled after children or cater towards
the sexualization of minorsI won't draw:
real people, old people, infants, animals (apart from pets), background-focused pieces,
furries (animal characteristics are fine), and gore.for things not listed here, feel free to ask.Commercial use must be disclosed at the beginning prior to acceptance of work

Copyright & Usage Policy

The artist holds the rights to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore the following is within the artist’s rights;

Promote their self with the art piece on any platform
(Unless the piece is PRIVATE)Present the artwork as a sample or portfolio piece to other individuals or groupsPublish it physically for non-commercial purposes only.
The artist is NOT allowed to turn the artwork or design into profitable goods that will give monetary gain to themselves or any other individual who is NOT the client.PLEASE LET ME KNOW BEFOREHAND if your commission should remain private. I will respect and retain your privacy, however, this will incur additional fees.The client is allowed to;Use the artwork as a design for personal use only; such as paper-based works, merchandise, apparel, phone background & etc.. ONLY for themselvesCrop or edit for personal layout purposes, icons, banners, etc. as long as the original content of the artwork is not edited. Credit and link back must be provided.

BREAKING THE COPYRIGHT'S TERMS IN ANY WAY WILL TAKE AWAY ANY RIGHT THE CLIENT HAD OVER THE WORK.

Reproducing the artwork commercially (making money out of it, in any way, without the knowledge and consent of the artist)⛧Any and all work for
VTubers/streamers/YouTubers pertaining to their online persona will automatically incur a commercial fee.
Commercial Use is defined as but not limited to:
Stream/Video Thumbnails
Merch - digital or physical
Posters or other Prints
Anything you intend to use to
generate revenue or push your brand.Taking credit for the creation or crafting of the artwork itselfYou may purchase commercial rights from the artist (min starting at 100usd) price will vary depending on the intended use.

The prices listed are BASE prices for noncommercial use.
